Pinchbeck 187 -8
Smith 49
H&CHCC 110 All Out
J Armstrong 26
A game I have no report on other than a score book as I was not present as the team had a game in Lincolnshire against fellow player and Chairman John Ralling which was good natures and a lot of fun to play in.
H&CHCC Thanks John and all his friends to help put the game on and enjoyed by all that made the long trip plus the early start with England playing in the World Cup.
Pinchbeck batted first and found themselves in trouble with the score of 28 for three I believe a catch was dropped this time more on purpose to give the game a helping hand in a friendly situation which Pinchbeck took full advantage of with Captain Bryant using the full squad to bowl a few overs each.
H&CHCC then began to chase with 36 opening stand between Roberts and Ben Atkinson before wickets began to tumble plus the interruption of watching the England game mid way through the innings.
Jack Armstrong was the stand out score of 26 with only Atkinson & Roberts making double figures but all the team had a bat and bowl for there long journey plus early 11 O'clock start.
Finally the H&CHCC innings ended on 110 all out but good fun was had by all and once again thanks goes to Chairman John Ralling for organising the event.
