The Blog is back and the first thing to say is a warm thank you to Kris who did a super Website for 2011 season who at the recent AGM decided to leave that post so for now the blog is back.
The site has been updated to include all 2012 fixtures plus a tea rota where a couple of spaces have been already booked up so please if you have a date you would like to do then please contact us ASAP!
The AGM was held at the Shimpling Bush Public House thanks to them and many items were on the agenda which were discussed and people were nominated or carried on the position the longest debate was on the Teas [gives us an idea where our priorities are!!] where the match fee was increased to £8.00 a game and some money going to the tea ladies or gentlemen doing the game on the day.
The officers and there respected positions are also updated on the website plus some pictures of the memorable day at Sky Cricket AM just scroll down to see them plus on the right hand side a link to the speed gun filming and links to past seasons league tables as far back as I could find from the records I have via the Hunts website.
Captain Billy Bryant is organising the end of season bash which is to be held at the Bull in Long Melford it's not to late to come and the awards for the 2011 season plus stats will all be revealed on the night which is usually a very good night indeed!
Any contributions to the website please feel free and or reply to any comments or suggest anything to add to the website so tell your friends family about us and encourage them to keep an eye on us which may help the profile of the club attract sponsorship deals who would have thought we would end up on the Sky Broadcasting Company?
