Brettenham CC 258 for 6
Gill 88, Ormes 58, G Brinkley 50 Not Out
M Atkinson 2 -29, Hodge 2- 39,
Hartest & Coldham Hall CC 246 for 7

Well done to the Ten men versus Ten from Brettenham and thanks for Olly Mellville-Ross for turning up and helping out straight from his Duke of Edinburgh Award, and Good Luck with that Scheme.
Well done to the Skipper who topped scored with 83 with 11 fours and two sixes, more if the "tree rule" had not been in play.
Well done to both Rupert Mellville-Ross and Captain Ben Atkinson for the 111 partnership which laid a platform for the impossible chase but nearly made it but succumbed by 13 runs.
Mark Atkinson getting two wickets breaking the opening 138 stand by Brettenham with some mix bowling and missing out on a Hatrick, the first wickets he has taken for Hartest & Coldham, probably the last after the ructions it seemed to cause, bowling for the first time after thirteen years.
Well done to Steve Ryder a superb knock at the end of the innings ably supported by Dave Armstrong and very nearly getting the team over the line.
Other batting contributions from Dickie Pearson who looked set but was caught out to a superb catch for 19 runs where he looked set and comfortable for more.
Interesting Fact, often Extras for Hartest and Coldham Hall are always in the more giving mode but this game saw 27 but Brettenham won that by giving us 36.
Next week the mighty Hartest and Coldham Hall CC are back at the Richards Oval to face Brockley where Mark & Rosie Roberts are proving teas, thank you.
